I began my yoga journey over 8 years ago due to overwhelming stress in my life. From that moment on, I grew more passionate every day. This led me to complete my 500-hour yoga teacher certification in schools across Argentina and Bali—but above all, it turned me into an eternal student and practitioner of this captivating world of yoga.
My work in the corporate world for over 20 years gave me deep insight into the needs of professionals. Today, I develop online programs to help professionals relieve and manage stress, cultivate mental peace, and enhance well-being through yoga practices, guided meditations, and sound baths with quartz singing bowls.
